Atomium 1958 Worlds Fair Brussels Belgium atomic paper weight. Created to commemorate The Atomium, a landmark building in Brussels, originally constructed for the 1958 for the Brussels World’s Fair. The building is located on the Heysel Plateau, where the exhibition took place and is now a museum. Bears fragment of it’s original paper label on bottom. Chrome molecular sculpture mounted on black marble base. Measures: 9 1/2 × 7 × 6 1/2 inches.
