This circa 1950 handwoven wool on linen warp rug with multicolored checkerboard star design was created by an unknown designer working with the Bohus Handicraft Society of Gothenburg, Sweden. Signed with initial B upper left. Dimensions: 8 feet 2 1/2 inches x 5 feet 6 inches.
