William Zunie Inlaid Turquoise and Mother-of-Pearl Sunface Necklace

William Zunie, Sunface, necklace, circa 1970. Inlaid with turquoise, jet, mother of pearl and red coral, the necklace consists of a pendant (naja) and eight smaller sunfaces on a beaded double strand. Signed “W. Zunie”. Length: 14 inches; naja: 3 7/8 × 2 1/2 inches. smaller sunfaces: 1 7/8 × 1 3/8 inches.
Note: WilliamZunie is known for his inlaid pieces and fine silver work and hails from the Zuni pueblo.
